How long does the publishing process
take?
While the advertising itself runs for 6 weeks, the entire process
can take about 10-12 weeks with newspaper lead-in time, obtaining
affidavits, submitting the certificate to the state, processing by the
state, and mailing the filing receipt to you.
What happens if my LLC is
suspended?
The publishing process often exceeds the short time allowed by the
rules. This is a frequent occurrence, but should not be cause for alarm.
While the law states that your LLC is technically "suspended" upon the
expiration of the 120 day period, it does not limit your ability to do
business, nor does it invalidate any contracts you enter into. There
does exist the small possibility that it could affect you negatively in
case your LLC becomes involved in litigation during the time of
"suspension," but if that happens, you will likely be granted the chance
to complete the process if it's already been started.
How do I get my LLC out
of suspended status?
Simply start the LLC publishing process as soon as possible. Upon
completion of the publishing process, your LLC is automatically
reinstated.
Do you offer discounts on

If you email us about 10 days after starting the process, we'll be able
to tell you the exact newspapers & dates of publication. Or you can
simply log into your online account and see for yourself.
How can I make payment?
The easiest and fastest way is by credit card. Alternatively, you can
mail a check or money order.
Do I receive anything
after the publishing is done?
At the end of the process, you will receive a filing receipt, which is
your proof of compliance with the LLC publishing requirement.
